The challenge of video editing Revisions has got me reconsidering its entire presentation. I've made several preliminary edits, but the process of considering three channels, sequencing and dealing with hours of workable footage has been daunting to say the least. The choreography and performances are fantastic, and there is always the temptation to stay true to the linear and chronological unfolding of the dance. But I want to steer away from mere video documentation with multiple perspectives as a mediated and singular experience of the dance.
